On Top Roofing replaced our roof in the fall of 2023 and our experience was top notch.  We received our quote quickly and it was the lowest of the 3 we reached out to.  The roof was completed in a day and a half, clean up was perfect and Jason was a pleasure to deal with.  Would highly recommend.

Cory and his crew were extremely efficient and professional and cleaned the surrounding area when they were done. We're very happy with the quality of our new roof.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had my old roof replaced by On Top in POCO in May. They have replaced the roofs of over 12 houses in our street. I kept watching them working, appreciated their work quality and decided to go with them despite having cheaper quotes. These days it is not easy to find quality contractors that you could trust. They added ventilation to my attics, corrected the original wrong duct works of bathrooms and replaced molded plywoods. They did the mailing of shingles manually and not with mailing gun for better nailing accuracy.The installed shingles are Malarkey Vista shingles that are superior to Home Depot brands like GAF.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We just had OnTop Roofing re-shingle and change all the facia boards our house and shed in Port Coquitlam. The crew arrived before 8:00am on Tuesday (day 1) and got prepared for the job so they were ready to start once the shingles were delivered. The crew only took a break for coffee in the morning and a lunch break. The majority of the roof was re-shingled, new vents installed and the majority of the facia boards were installed by the end of Tuesday. Upon completion of day 1 the crew cleaned up all around the house. They again arrived before 8:00am on Wednesday (day 2) and completed the job just after 2:00pm. They are a very pleasant and professional group, led by their foreman Cory.  They took extra time to ensure all waste was picked up and checked the lawn and all around the house with magnetic rollers to pick up any loose nails. In essence the job was completed in 2 days and the new roof and facia boards look great. This is the 12th house OnTop Roofing has done in our neighbourhood so this attests to the great job they do. We thoroughly recommend OnTop Roofing to anyone looking at having their roof redone.
